Yoshukogyo Corporation has started “Dried small sardines” business with a fortune of rich fisheries “Seto inland sea” located in front of our hometown. Now, we enlarged the business of mackerel which we import from Norway and process them internally to the final products for shipping. We’d like to offer the rich taste of our products which Japanese fishermen recognized.

Features of “Salt Mackere"

The mackerel fished in September and October, the best season for rich taste, in Norway that is known as one of the most stable fishery with highest quality are imported and processed to the final shipping by controlling the temperature and quality.With our original way of process using “konbu extract” or “hang out in the cold wind”, we take useless organic matter out such as oxidized fatty acid which is the cause of drips and fishy smell of waste matter, and then finish it up to the high quality oil with deep and rich aftertaste. Furthermore, it can be appreciated its original taste of mackerel by getting clear fish fiber with the fine protein processed in the less salt environment.

Features of miso-stewed soft products

By utilizing the “Salt mackerel” process technology we used the Japanese original seasoning “Miso” to stew the filet filled with rich taste in the saturated oven and then finished it to the “soft miso-stewed products” that you can eat up the bones, too. As whole products are soft including the bones so that little children and elderly people can easily eat. Also, it can be supplied to the nursing homes and hospitals as diet by cooking properly for them.

Mackerel basil sauce

Selected mackerel processed with “Basil sauce” is also offered as western style food. You can cook it just as grilled fish or use it as an ingredient for pasta meals to widen your recipe.

Spicy taste mackerel

Spicy taste mackerel processed with a plenty of red pepper and garlic can be offered. Comfortable spicy taste can encourage your appetite which is good for beer and overcoming the summer exhaustion. It can be easily cooked in the pan without the oil.
